Your Johannesburg story starts here

I understand how challenging it is to restart your life from scratch.

From the endless admin and making 1001 decisions based on instinct. Decisions that most people take years to make, consulting with their trusted friends and family. You have to make those same decisions in 24 hours. Relying on Google or random Facebook groups to give you the knowledge you need.

With no one to ask, you suddenly feel pretty isolated and exhausted from trying to juggle everything.

You knew moving was going to be hard, but this is taking forever, and you are starting to doubt if you made the right decision to move.

There are just so many unanswered questions....

How Do We Stay Safe?

Whether You Have Lived Abroad For 10 Years Or 10 Minutes, You Don't Need To Tackle All This On Your Own

THE METHOD

Four phases. One settled family.

From the first enquiry to the week your children start asking whether friends from school can come over.

Every family moves through my L A N D method, and I have walked each of them through it hundreds of times.

01 · Lenses

Your Discovery Session. Schooling, commute, security, budget, timeline. We go through all of it before I show you a single suburb, because the order you make these decisions in matters more than the decisions themselves.

02 · Align

Suburb shortlist, school routes, property options. Instead of six weeks of Googling at midnight, three or four specific routes that fit your family, with the reasoning attached.

03 · Navigate

Viewings, the Relocation Day if you need me on the ground, the offer, and the practical setup. Banking, medical aid, SIM cards, domestic staff. The part nobody warns you about.

04 · Develop your new daily routines

Move-in, and then the introductions. Beyond Coffee, the school gate, the coffee place you go to without thinking about it. New routines, and the people to share them with. You are not doing this on your own.

There is no need to do this all on your own.
