The other two levels give you my thinking. This one gives you my time.
There are no booked days to ration and no meter running. When a school comes back with a question you do not know how to answer, you send it to me. When a lease clause looks wrong, you send it to me. When you land and the house has no hot water, you send it to me.
That is the actual product. Not a longer list of services. One person who already has the context, so you never explain your situation twice.
What it includes
- Schools, end to end. Shortlist, assessments, applications, through to a confirmed place.
- Housing. Area, viewings, and the practical detail of daily life around your chosen school.
- Introductions to families in your school community, so your children arrive already knowing faces.
- Airport collection and first-day orientation. I meet you and I stay with you through day one.
- Banking, insurance, vehicle and mobile setup.
- My network of specialists, including visa and international tax advisers. The people I use myself, briefed on your situation before you speak to them.
- Ninety days of settling-in support after you arrive, which is when the real questions surface.

Families where the move is complex enough that coordination is the actual problem. More than one child in different school stages. A partner who has given up a career and is carrying the whole logistical load alone. A move where a wrong school placement or a wrong suburb would be expensive to undo.
It is also the level corporate HR and mobility teams take on behalf of a senior assignee, where the cost of a failed assignment sits far higher than this fee.
Who this is not for
If you are organised, six months out, and mainly need to know which suburbs to look at, this is more than you need. Take a Discovery Session and add days if you want company on the ground.
I would rather tell you that now than take several thousand dollars for work you could do yourself.
How it works
- A qualification call. Every one of these starts with a conversation, because I take a small number at a time and I need to be sure I am the right fit before either of us commits. No charge.
- We agree the scope and the timeline.
- It runs from that point until 90 days after you land.
If you have already had a Discovery Session, that fee is credited against your fee.
Any relocation days you have taken fold into the package rather than being charged on top. Starting small costs you nothing if you later come here.
Why me

From US$4,000. Most families land between US$4,000 and US$6,000.
What moves the number is scope: how many children are in different school stages, how long you need me across the move, and whether the search runs across more than one part of the city.
I confirm your fee on the qualification call, before you commit to anything. You will not get a number you were not expecting.
Any Discovery Session fee you have already paid is credited in full against it.
Relocation Days you have already taken fold into the package rather than being charged on top.
