Every month, we welcome executives, international families and corporate transferees who are beginning a new chapter in South Africa. They arrive with jobs, schools to visit, neighbourhoods to explore and a long list of decisions to make.
Many aren’t ready to commit to a long-term lease in their first week. What they need is a warm, comfortable place to land while they settle into life in Johannesburg.
A peaceful garden cottage. A beautifully furnished studio. A private flat where they can catch their breath, enjoy the sunshine and start to feel at home.
That’s why we’ve created a small, carefully curated collection of short- and medium-term accommodation for our relocation clients.
If you have a cottage, garden flat or studio that you occasionally let, we’d love to hear about it. When we meet a client whose needs are the right fit, we’ll introduce you.
How it works
Our cottage collection is intentionally small and private.
Your property won’t be advertised publicly or listed on property portals. Instead, it becomes part of our trusted accommodation network that we personally search whenever one of our relocation clients needs a temporary home.
There is no exclusivity. You’re welcome to continue advertising on Airbnb or through other channels, and there’s no obligation to accept every enquiry.
Joining our database is completely free. There are no listing fees, no hidden costs and no ongoing commitment.
Most importantly, you remain in control. You decide your availability, your rental rate, and whether a guest is the right fit for your property.
We’re simply here to introduce wonderful people to wonderful homes.
